RL360° has made some significant improvements to the online pipeline report available through www.rl360adviser.com.
Changes to the dashboard in the Online Service Centre will make it easier for you to see outstanding requirements on applications and help speed up new business acceptance.
Filter options have been included so that users can view only policies with outstanding requirements, only clean applications, or both. We anticipate this will reduce the number of phone calls you will need to make and emails you will need to send to query 'clean' applications.
The improvement comes as we continue to develop our online services platform at www.rl360.com, the recent winner of Best International Financial Adviser Portal in the 2013 Professional Adviser International Fund and Product Awards.
In addition, we are running a new marketing campaign in support of our online services. As part of this you may have noticed a 3D advert, complete with glasses, in the current edition of International Adviser.
The advert directs readers to our brand new online services video which highlights all the key features of the Online Service Centre, such as the dashboard functionality, switching, policy valuations/premium histories, online illustrations and access to the Fund Centre.
