New Contact Centre hours
Providing an improved service for our advisers
RL360°'s Contact Centre is now operating from 6am to 6pm (GMT).
Our Contact Centre is able to handle a wide variety of customer queries and transactions at the first point of contact by telephone (+44 1624 681682) and email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
The extension of working hours will overlap more with the Far East and Middle East working day, therefore allowing us to provide a better service to our advisers in those regions.
It means we will be able to deal with even more queries or work items on a same day basis.
This improved service provision is in addition to the recently re-launched RL360° online services facilities. Register with our Online Services Centre to take advantage of the new features on our award-winning* website, including online switching, a unique early warning system dashboard and a detailed valuation and premium history for all policies.
