Peter Cope emerges victorious at the Waszp UK National Championship
We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Peter Cope, who has been part of our RL360 Athlete Sponsorship Programme since 2020 and is now the newly crowned WASZP UK National Champion!
Peter competed against 55 sailors from across the UK and beyond in a demanding four-day championship and came out on top! With the Manx flag on his sail and the RL360 logo on his dinghy, he continues to represent the Isle of Man and RL360 with passion and determination.
It's a story with a personal connection for us as Peter’s dad, Tim Cope, is part of our Investments team.
Peter is now transitioning to the 49er class, an Olympic sailing category, with his sights firmly set on representing the UK at a future Olympic Games.
We’re thrilled for Peter on this fantastic achievement and proud to have supported him since the early stages of his sailing journey.
