Name & Objective Change - Schroder ISF Pacific Equity Fund

The board of directors of the Schroder International Selection Fund has decided to change the name and the investment objective of Schroder ISF Pacific Equity Fund with effect from 2 April 2012.

Impacts on
these products

The purpose of this amendment is to better reflect the investment universe of the Fund, focusing on companies in Asia rather than in the broader Pacific region. The Fund's new name will be Schroder International Selection Fund Asian Opportunities.

 

Current investment objective:

To provide capital growth primarily through investment in equity securities of Pacific Basin (ex Japan) companies.

 

Investment objective with effect from 2 April 2012:

To provide capital growth primarily through investment in equity securities of Asian (ex Japan) companies. 

 

The current Annual Management Charge will remain unchanged. 

 

A client communication has been issued to any Preference and Prosper policyholders, or appointed investment advisers, affected by the changes with a copy to their servicing financial adviser. Sample letters can be viewed opposite.
