It will replace the Key Features Document (KFD) and a copy will, like the KFD, be held on the important documents tab in your client’s Online Service Centre (OSC) account.

From 1 July, when commission disclosure comes in as part of Conduct of Business, LifePlan and LifePlan Lebanon client specific KIDs will be produced by our new illustration system.
