Invesco has announced a change to the fund name and clarification of the investment policy of its Invesco UK Growth Fund (UK) which will take effect from 17 September 2020.

The Invesco UK Growth Fund (UK) can be found in our defined fund range products Oracle, Paragon, Quantum, Quantum Malaysia, Regular Savings Plan and Regular Savings Plan Malaysia. A comparison of the current fund name and the revised changes that will be applied to the fund are detailed in the table below. 

 

Invesco have stated there will be no material impact to the way the fund is managed or to the risk profile of the fund; the fund will continue to invest in UK companies. The clarification to the investment policy and strategy of the fund will make it clear that the fund will typically hold a concentrated portfolio of 35 to 45 stocks.
