Name change of UBS Strategy Funds
UBS Asset Management (Europe) S.A. (the “Company”) has notified us of a change of name to a number of its UBS (Lux) Strategy Funds. This took effect on 20 May 2025.

Background
The Company has advised that it is making amendments to the names of the below funds (the "Affected Funds"), which feature in our defined fund ranges, in order to comply with new guidelines published by the European Securities and Markets Authority (“ESMA”) regarding environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) or sustainability related terms, including funds' names.
The Affected Funds promote environmental and/or social features but do not pursue a sustainable investment objective.
Therefore, as at the 20 May 2025, the Company has removed ‘Sustainable’ from the name of the following funds ("Affected Funds"):
