Change of manager – JPMorgan India Fund

JPMorgan has announced a change to the fund manager of its JPMorgan India fund which will take effect from 31 August 2020.

JPMorgan has advised that it is changing the fund manager of the JPMorgan India fund to bring the management of the Fund in line with that of other funds in the JPMorgan funds range for better operational efficiency. 

 

JPMorgan has further confirmed that the changes detailed in the table below will have no impact on or give rise to any change in (i) the features and risks applicable to the Fund, (ii) the operation of the Fund and/or manner in which the Fund is being managed, or (iii) the fee level/cost in managing the Fund. The above changes will not materially prejudice the interests of existing investors of the Fund. 

 

There are no other changes to the Fund.
