Notification of changes to Fidelity Funds - American Growth Fund
Fidelity Funds ("Fidelity") has notified us of the following upcoming changes to its Fidelity Funds - American Growth Fund (the "Fund"). The changes will take effect 13 April 2026 (the “Effective Date”).

NAME CHANGE
From the Effective Date, Fidelity will be renaming the Fund to Fidelity Funds - US Equity Fund. With this name change, Fidelity has revised the Fund's investment policy to align more closely with the Standard & Poor's 500 (S&P 500) and to invest in Real Estate Investment Trusts (“REITs”) and Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (“SPACs”). As a consequence, changes are also made to disclosures relating to benchmark use and main risks.
In line with the above changes, on the Effective Date the Fund featured in any Preference policy will change name to Fidelity Funds US Equity A Inc USD, which includes the specific share class and currency for clarity.

The changes will take effect automatically and policyholders do not need to take any action.
